marketing for parkhurst (eat'n'park)
In my role as Marketing Coordinator for Parkhurst, a contracted company under the reputable Eat'n Park Hospitality Group, I was the sole designer, copywriter, and marketer responsible for crafting compelling campaigns that resonated with our target audience. This role gave me the opportunity to explore a variety of creative strategies aimed at connecting with younger demographics, using engaging graphics, innovative social media tactics, and dynamic campaign design. I developed visually appealing content and tailored messaging to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty. My work involved balancing creativity with data-driven insights, ensuring that each campaign was not only eye-catching but also strategically impactful.
Pop-Up events

One of the enjoyable parts of my job was being the assigned food photographer. Whenever the kitchen came up with a delicious new snack, I would quickly take a photo of it, enhance it in photoshop, and share it on social media. Oh, and did I mention I was the volunteer taste-tester, too?
When we served  up tasty treats for specialty events or themed meal days, I always pulled my camera out and made a quick story for attendees to view. When people know the food is out, they'll start to show up!
